Cleaning and maintaining a pool may not be the most glamorous task, but it’s essential. I’ve prepared detailed courses to help you master the basics of pool care, understand water chemistry, troubleshoot issues, and choose the best equipment for your pool.
I will thoroughly explain the internal workings of both above-ground and in-ground pools. The goal of this section is to help you understand how your pool works, how water flows into the filtration system, and how it exits.
This section is the foundation of proper pool maintenance, and it’s one of the most important yet often overlooked parts. I want you to understand the fluctuations in your filtration system and how to keep the water clean by simply keeping it in motion.
Over time, every pool gets dirty, but this section is focused on maintaining cleanliness to prevent major issues that could ruin your pool season. It covers cleaning, vacuuming, and filter maintenance.
I’ll provide only the essential information on water chemistry that you’ll need year-round and explain how to maintain a clear schedule to keep your pool clean and fresh. This section covers balancing, sanitizers, shock treatments, algaecides, clarifiers, and more.
In some areas, it’s not possible to keep a pool open year-round, so in this section, I’ll explain how to properly open and close both above-ground and in-ground pools. The section includes opening and closing, removing and storing protective covers, and off-season pool care tips.
Sometimes water can turn green or cloudy — I’ll explain why this happens and how to handle it. This section is designed to cover all possible issues you may face in pool maintenance.
My courses are designed for both private pool owners and service engineers specializing in the maintenance of pools and water parks.
